Refund Policies

Refund Policy – BrandsForever

Brands Forever (Mobile App and Web via BrandsForever.in or www.BrandsForever.in collectively called as BrandsForever hereafter), operated by Gotieup Infotech Private Limited (CIN: U62090RJ2024PTC096326).

For End Users

BrandsForever is completely free for end users (visitors/customers) 🙏. No fees are charged to users for browsing, searching, or connecting with businesses listed on the platform.

For Vendors / Business Owners

BrandsForever offers paid subscription-based packages for vendors (business owners) to list and promote their businesses on the the app and the web (collectively called the platform).

General Refund Policy

  • No refund is applicable in general once a vendor subscribes to any paid package.
  • All payments made by vendors are considered final and non-refundable, except in cases mentioned below.

Refund Eligibility

A refund will be applicable only in case of undelivered services, subject to the following conditions:

  • If BrandsForever fails to deliver any service within the agreed or due timeline, the vendor may be eligible for a refund.
  • If partial services are undelivered, the refund (if approved) will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, based on the number of days or duration for which the service was not delivered.
  • Refunds will be limited strictly to the undelivered portion of the service only.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

  • If a vendor chooses to discontinue or cancel the service voluntarily.
  • If services are discontinued due to vendor’s own request, inactivity, non-cooperation, or policy violation.
  • If the service has already been delivered as per the package terms.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed through the original mode of payment.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on payment gateways or banks.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes, claims, or disagreements arising out of or related to payments, refunds, or services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  • The jurisdiction shall be Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, exclusively.
