Can I edit my old feedback or experience?

Yes, you can update or modify your previously submitted feedback anytime directly from the same brand’s profile page where you posted the review.

You can add your brand to the platform with minimum yearly charges, which give you access to verified users, enquiries, and better visibility for your business.

Can I customise my brand’s detail page?

Yes, some details of your brand page can be customised.

Our team will update these sections upon your request, including:

Will enquiries come directly to my phone/email?

Yes, all user enquiries are delivered directly to your registered mobile number and email, so you can respond quickly and efficiently.

Can I change my package later?

Yes. You can upgrade or change your package anytime.

Just contact our support team, and they will help you switch to a plan that better fits your needs.

Can I pay the amount monthly?

No. The payment cannot be made monthly.

BrandsForever offers yearly packages only, and the amount is already very minimal. Therefore, only a one-time annual payment is allowed.

How long does it take for changes to reflect on BrandsForever platforms?

Submitted changes may take 24–48 hours to be reviewed and published across both the BrandsForever website and mobile app.
